Refunds

14 days, no questions asked. If RankGoat isn't a fit, tell us within 14 days of paying and we refund you in full. No forms, no exit survey, no "let me transfer you to retention".
How to get one
Ask. Message @woocassh on X or reply to any email RankGoat has sent you, and say you want a refund. You don't have to explain why. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few days depending on your bank.
What's covered
- Your first payment on a site, monthly or annual, within 14 days. Full refund.
- Credit packs, within 14 days, for credits you haven't spent yet. Credits already spent bought posts that we wrote and you kept, so those aren't refundable.
What isn't
- Renewals after the first 14 days. Cancel before a renewal and you won't be charged for the next cycle.
- The unused part of a period you've already paid for, once the 14 days are up. You keep full access until it ends.
- The credit add-on after removal. Removing it stops future charges and you keep the credits from the cycle you paid for.
Cancelling vs refunding
They're different things. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your site running until the period you paid for runs out. Refunding gives your money back now. You can do both, and cancelling is one click in Settings > Billing.
Before you charge back
Just ask us first. A refund takes a message and a couple of days. A chargeback takes months, costs us a fee, and gets the account closed automatically. We've never refused a refund inside the window.
